What you will do

• Own the end-to-end performance creative system across paid, lifecycle, in-product, and influencer channels.
• Define creative growth strategy and testing roadmaps based on product priorities and business goals.
• Translate user insights and performance signals into high-quality creative briefs for internal teams and agencies.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to build AI-powered creative systems, including dynamic content and automated asset generation.
• Establish compounding learning loops to capture, codify, and reuse creative performance data.
• Scale influencer-led performance creative as a key growth lever.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, product-led growth, or growth strategy.
• Proven track record of scaling growth outcomes and building creative operating systems.
• Deep expertise in performance creative across major channels like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Search.
• Strong analytical skills with high fluency in measurement, experimentation, and incrementality.
• Ability to write crisp, actionable briefs that drive high-quality creative output.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in San Francisco or New York City.
