Product Owner (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Translate product strategy and vision into business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog supporting optimal team allocation across multiple sprints.
• Accept completed stories and ensure development, testing, and acceptance criteria are satisfied.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, business leads, stakeholders, and external vendors on roadmaps and delivery scope.
• Develop product delivery and release roadmaps, communicate release capabilities, and provide status updates to leadership.
• Review and approve test scripts for in-track and regression testing while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare, information management, or a closely related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product ownership, strategic consulting, design thinking, product development and management, or project/program management.
• At least 3 years of experience working with external clients and fostering positive relationships and outcomes.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, estimating work, prioritizing across teams, and applying agile methodology.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization, solve problems, and distill research into relevant solutions.
• Must work from home in Pennsylvania, United States.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare, or information management.
• Agile certification from Scrum.org, SAFe, Scrum Alliance, or another recognized vendor.
