What you will do

• Translate the product manager's vision into detailed business and functional requirements for development teams.
• Maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog to support optimal team allocation for multiple sprints.
• Collaborate with Solution and Business Architects to decompose features into actionable user stories.
• Act as the primary point of contact for agile cross-functional teams to identify product requirements.
• Write clearly defined user stories and sign off on test scripts for in-track and regression testing.
• Partner with external vendors to align roadmaps and ensure delivery execution and scope alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, or Information Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting, Design Thinking, or Product Management.
• 3+ years of experience working with external clients and fostering positive outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and backlog health management.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and size work for estimation.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or Information Management.
• Agile certification from recognized vendors such as Scrum.org, SAFe, or Scrum Alliance.
