Senior Product Owner (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid at the corporate headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $78,400–$133,400 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus and long-term incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Prioritize product features and manage the product roadmap for SafeTrace Tx, BloodTrack, and TEG Manager.
• Deliver software solutions that improve transfusion management workflows and clinical decision-making.
• Define and break down product features into clear, manageable user stories.
• Support software delivering consolidated testing and transfusion histories across member locations.
• Help improve real-time monitoring and retrospective reporting for the TEG platform.
• Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to deliver customer value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; a higher-level degree may substitute for years of experience.
• At least 6 years of experience in product development, product ownership, or transfusion management.
• Knowledge of transfusion or hemostasis workflows.
• Strong ability to create clear, manageable user stories.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with technical and commercial teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement at the Boston headquarters.

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
• Experience with BloodTrack software as an end user or support specialist.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
