Product Manager - Code Data (Medtech)

Location: Broomfield, Colorado, with remote employment available anywhere in the United States. Immigration-related sponsorship is not available, and candidates must already have U.S. work authorization.

Annual salary: $102,900–$128,000, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Provide leadership, vision, and lifecycle management for the Code Data product portfolio.
• Develop product roadmaps based on customer, market, clinical, and business needs.
• Define customer requirements and product concepts as the Voice of the Customer.
• Act as Product Owner during development and guide delivery against market and business needs.
• Build business models and plans, analyze competitive offerings, and identify product differentiators.
• Coordinate with product managers, market managers, Product Owners, partners, and senior leadership to align requirements, timelines, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 3–7 years of relevant product and/or market experience.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and technical information into customer and sales messaging.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage concurrent complex projects and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
