Experience Design Analyst II (UX/CX)

What you will do

• Manage the intake of design-related work requests and coordinate scope, goals, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and Product Owners to refine requirements and make work actionable.
• Support scheduling, milestone planning, and monitor risks or blockers affecting delivery.
• Document and track design work items using Azure DevOps.
• Validate completed design work against original requests and defined requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve team processes and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, design, information management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders in a design, digital, or product delivery environment.
• Experience gathering and clarifying requirements to facilitate actionable design work.
• Proficiency in work management tools such as Azure DevOps, Figma, or SharePoint.
• Authorized to work in the US (W2).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting digital product, customer experience, or service delivery teams.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, including backlog refinement and milestone tracking (SAFe).
• Experience working in environments with enterprise platforms and shared services.
