Location: Hybrid (Arlington, TX, US) — 2 days a week in office

What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
• Define, prioritize, and document business requirements and user stories.
• Implement solutions using declarative configuration, including flows, validation rules, and sharing rules.
• Facilitate project stages from initial requirements gathering through QA testing and training.
• Manage data transfer and cleansing using Apex Data Loader and SFDC Import Wizard.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as scrum, sprint planning, and refining meetings.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of advanced experience working in the SFDC CRM platform
• Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification required
• Working knowledge of Agile/SAFe Lean enterprise concepts.
• Experience with user interface configuration and Lightning components.
• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support workflows and evaluate outputs.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of account management systems such as Provenir, CPW, AutoSuite, AutoIMS, and DealerSource.
• Experience working within a matrix organization.
