What you will do
- Lead complex requirements elicitation and management across multiple CMS stakeholders and business units.
- Define enterprise-level functional and non-functional requirements and ensure full traceability via RTM.
- Analyze and redesign end-to-end case management workflows, including intake, eligibility, triage, and reporting.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on data models, APIs, and reporting frameworks.
- Serve as the primary interface between CMS leadership, business users, and technical teams.
- Establish documentation standards and requirements management governance processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA to support federal healthcare programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, IT, or a related field.
- 8–12+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting federal healthcare programs (CMS strongly preferred).
- Proven experience leading large-scale healthcare IT or case management implementations.
- Strong expertise in Agile delivery and business process modeling (BPMN).
Nice to have
- Experience with healthcare data formats such as CDA, HL7, or FHIR.
- Agile certifications, including SAFe or Scrum.
