What you will do

• Translate business and customer requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
• Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma and the ShadCN design library.
• Collaborate with product and creative leadership to research and prototype new features.
• Develop comprehensive user cases, scenarios, and workflows to ensure seamless digital experiences.
• Document functional requirements and design guidelines to support accurate development implementation.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
• Structured and analytical approach to system logic, usability, and business impact.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
• Proven ability in requirements gathering, process mapping, and user journey analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient written communication skills in English.
