Location: Must be based in or able to work from Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

Salary: $24/hour (approx. $3,840/month)

What you will do

• Prepare quotes, financial analyses, and proposals for the sales team.
• Act as a liaison between Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting process.
• Coordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and PBM partners.
• Enter, analyze, and report on quoting data using Salesforce.
• Maintain and organize all necessary materials for quoting and renewal processes.
• Assist with ad-hoc sales research and operational requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, functions, and vlookups.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available for the duration of the contract (mid-September through November).

Nice to have

• Previous startup company experience.
• Experience with quoting or underwriting at a health insurance carrier or agency.
