What you will do

  • Own and maintain the global social media content calendar across various platforms and campaigns.
  • Manage incoming social requests and content intake workflows to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and approvals with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Support publishing workflows, including copy review, tagging, metadata, and asset organization.
  • Facilitate collaboration between creative, brand, product marketing, and regional teams.
  • Manage social reporting requests and support employee advocacy initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or communications.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle high volumes of work.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content publishing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple teams.

Nice to have

  • Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or B2B marketing.
  • Experience supporting corporate or brand social media accounts.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Sprinklr, Adobe Workfront, Jira, and Adobe Express.
