Compensation: $150,000–$170,000 (plus equity)

What you will do

  • Build and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across paid media, ABM, webinars, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Own paid acquisition strategy across channels like LinkedIn and Google to drive pipeline contribution.
  • Develop and run ABM programs targeting priority accounts in collaboration with Sales and RevOps.
  • Leverage buyer signals such as product usage and intent data to trigger timely engagement.
  • Track and report on campaign performance to continuously optimize funnel conversion.
  • Partner with Sales and SDR teams to ensure strong program-to-pipeline alignment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on demand generation.
  • Proven track record of executing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on experience with paid acquisition channels and ABM in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tools including CRM, marketing automation, and intent data platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to RevOps, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership personas.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM data platforms and signal-based workflows.
