What you will do

• Administer and manage Remedy services across development, quality control, and production environments.
• Perform database maintenance including backups, recovery, patch updates, and performance optimization.
• Ensure data recoverability through scheduled system backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Monitor database performance, user access, and document workflow design.
• Maintain data standards and documentation including data dictionaries and procedures.
• Report on SQL Server usage, uptime, and capacity to government stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance.
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field with 8+ years of experience, or 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Must possess MCSA: SQL Server and Security+ certifications.
• Expertise in Remedy/SQL database planning, architecture, and design.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with military officials and management.
