What you will do

• Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems and applications.
• Install, maintain, and support server hardware, software, and desktop systems.
• Deploy monthly Microsoft and third-party security patches to mitigate risks.
• Monitor system health, performance, and manage backup and recovery procedures.
• Support physical, virtual, and hyperconverged infrastructure environments.
• Respond to cybersecurity incidents in coordination with the security team.

Requirements

• Must have active Top Secret clearance to start.
• Experience with Windows Server and SQL Server installation and configuration.
• Ability to create and maintain network and system infrastructure diagrams.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving server hardware and software issues.
• Commitment to maintaining detailed technical documentation and inventory.
• Must be able to work on-site in Quantico, VA.
