What you will do

• Administer databases and enterprise application environments to ensure stability.
• Monitor system performance, storage, and availability for scalability.
• Manage and support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage user access, permissions, and overall security controls.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, and configuration maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in database or application administration.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or similar technologies.
• Experience working within Linux and Windows server environments.
• US-based residency and work authorization (indicated by 401k, FSA, and US health benefits).

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms and reporting systems.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
