What you will do

• Drive operational execution and new product readiness at global Direct Fulfillment sites.
• Engage early in the product development cycle to ensure fulfillment requirements are integrated into design.
• Collaborate with product engineering on Engineering Change Orders and inventory disposition.
• Implement scalable processes to support growing product lines and customer requirements.
• Manage RMA return processes with contract manufacturers and component suppliers.
• Monitor product quality, yields, and lead cross-functional responses to quality alerts and line stops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in NPI, Quality, and Supply Chain within a related industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.
• Proven ability to work independently and within global cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in building new processes and tools as a subject matter expert.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, NetSuite/Oracle, and Propel/Agile.
• Ability to thrive in a flexible, results-driven environment.
