What you will do
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and business results in the assigned territory.
- Identify and prioritize key customers, healthcare providers, and institutions to maximize market penetration.
- Analyze sales performance and implement corrective measures to meet or exceed goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align promotional activities with overall business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Manage the territory expense budget and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HIV Sales or related specialties (Infectious Disease, Hepatology, Cardiovascular, or Diabetes).
- Documented history of sales success and proven relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel overnight and conduct field travel 5 days a week.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license to visit healthcare accounts.
- Knowledge of specialty injectables and infusion reimbursement is preferred.
