Salary: $160/hour (estimated based on standard W2 contract rates for the role)

What you will do

• Provide onsite technical support for business applications in line with SOPs and project specifications.
• Administer and maintain enterprise applications, specifically validated LIMS platforms.
• Manage incident and service request resolution via the helpdesk system.
• Participate in Change Management meetings and assess the impact of system updates and patching.
• Lead periodic maintenance activities including OS and application patching.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and vendors to ensure operational stability and compliance.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Millcreek, Utah.
• Proven experience in Application Support or IT operations within a medium to large enterprise.
• Strong understanding of IT service management processes (Incident, Request, Problem, Change).
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience working with validated or regulated systems (SDLC principles).
• Must have valid work authorization for the United States (W2 contract).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences environments.
• Experience with temperature monitoring systems.
• Exposure to databases or scripting languages.
