What you will do

• Provide onsite desktop support to resolve technical issues and close tickets for a diverse client base.
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop connectivity, printing, user profiles, and applications.
• Administer Microsoft Office, Mobile Devices, and Exchange, including DAG and mail-flow troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, Exchange, and spam filter platforms.
• Configure switches and troubleshoot DHCP servers, local DNS, AD replication, and VPNs.
• Deploy new hardware using imaging technology and perform after-hours infrastructure maintenance.

Requirements

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Azure Environments and O365 Administration.
• Must be located in, near or within commutable distance of the Boston Area.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide white glove customer service in a fast-paced environment.
