What you will do

• Provide technical support to clients, resolving software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Set up and install computers, access control systems, switches, and appropriate software for clients and performers.
• Manage IT inventory, oversee shipments, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess operational requirements for event logistics.
• Implement improvements to existing technical procedures and applications.
• Perform problem-solving, monitoring, and installation of network gear and hardware.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an IT support position or related role.
• AA/AS or BA/BS Degree in information technology or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in installation and troubleshooting of networking and workstation hardware.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Windows Server, and Apple iOS.
• Understanding of OSI network layers, TCP/IP, WAN devices, cabling, and Wi-Fi technology.
• Must be open to significant travel (up to 60%) and available for off-hours/weekend work.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 100lbs.
