It Integration Support

TL;DR

IT Integration Support: Responsible for system monitoring, maintenance, and support of networked software and operating systems with an accent on providing technical support to end-users and troubleshooting IT-related issues. Focus on computer repair, software and network troubleshooting, and proactive maintenance of PCs and printers.

Location: On-site in Farmers Branch, TX; Baton Rouge, LA; or Houston, TX, USA

Salary: $24.00 - $26.00 / Hour

What you will do

• Serve as the point of contact within IT Operations to provide technical support to end-users.
• Help users with IT-related issues on a day-to-day basis.
• Perform computer repair and troubleshoot software and network issues.
• Configure and install PCs, printers, and scanners.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues and update users on the current status.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Field Technician experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Cisco and Networking experience.
• Basic Microsoft Windows/Microsoft 0365 environment experience.
• Experience with Asset Management and ITSM Platforms.
• English fluency.

Nice to have

• Bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Citrix/iGEL experience.
