What you will do

• Drive retail sales and promote product lines within the assigned territory.
• Monitor and report on competitive activities and market trends.
• Implement marketing tools to strengthen product knowledge and sales performance.
• Coordinate field demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
• Manage customer and dealer relationships, including factory visits.
• Provide continuous feedback from the field to the dealership.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• 4-year college degree in Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in large machinery sales or agricultural equipment marketing.
• Valid driver’s license with a verifiable safe driving history.
• Ability to handle extensive travel and peak-season farm show activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
