What you will do

• Process customer orders and coordinate shipments to distribution facilities.
• Manage logistics routing via EDI and retailer portals.
• Monitor and optimize on-time delivery (OTIF) metrics and resolve routing issues.
• Research and resolve retailer chargebacks and compliance-related deductions.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to support order validation and improve data accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Commerce.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account management.
• 2+ years of experience working with major retailers in a B2B environment.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and French.
