What you will do
- Conduct in-person outreach and enrollment conversations to convert eligible community members into enrolled members.
- Guide individuals through registration, intake, and enrollment processes to maximize same-day conversions.
- Execute enrollment activities at assigned partner sites, community locations, and outreach events.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation within Athena and other operational platforms.
- Collaborate with Market Growth Managers to implement and support community-based enrollment strategies.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up to move referrals and leads through the enrollment pipeline.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in community outreach, healthcare enrollment, sales, canvassing, or field-based roles.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the assigned area.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging strangers in public settings.
Nice to have
- Experience with Medi-Cal, ECM, Community Supports, or community-based healthcare programs.
- Proficiency with Athena health or comparable operational systems.
- Familiarity with local community resources and the specific populations served.
