What you will do

• Conduct in-person outreach and enrollment conversations to convert eligible community members into enrolled members.
• Guide individuals through registration, intake, and enrollment processes to maximize same-day conversions.
• Execute enrollment activities at assigned partner sites, community locations, and outreach events.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation within Athena and other operational platforms.
• Collaborate with Market Growth Managers to implement and support community-based enrollment strategies.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up to move referrals and leads through the enrollment pipeline.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in community outreach, healthcare enrollment, sales, canvassing, or field-based roles.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally within the assigned area.
• Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging strangers in public settings.

Nice to have

• Experience with Medi-Cal, ECM, Community Supports, or community-based healthcare programs.
• Proficiency with Athena health or comparable operational systems.
• Familiarity with local community resources and the specific populations served.
