What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 full-cycle recruiters.
• Translate GTM hiring priorities into role-level strategies and delivery plans.
• Advise hiring managers on role calibration and evaluation standards to balance speed and quality.
• Use recruiting dashboards and metrics to monitor pipeline health and remove bottlenecks.
• Strengthen core recruiting systems and ensure process adherence across intake, interview, and offer workflows.
• Partner cross-functionally to align hiring plans with headcount needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in North America
• 8+ years of recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep experience hiring for GTM functions in high-growth environments.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse and GoodTime.
• Ability to use data to guide prioritization and drive team improvements.
