What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end recruiting process for CCaaS Sales and Professional Services teams in the EMEA region.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract and diversify the talent pipeline.
• Act as the face of the company, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with EMEA senior leaders and International HR.
• Drive recruiting initiatives, including internal mobility and employee referral campaigns.

Requirements

• 4+ years of in-house recruiting and sourcing experience within the tech or software industry.
• Experience working within a global company.
• Data-driven and methodical approach to hitting KPIs.
• Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
• Must be based in London to adhere to the hirify.global-FLEX hybrid model.
