What you will do

• Own end-to-end global GTM hiring projects for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Co-design assessment processes, including scorecards, interview plans, and evaluation tools.
• Analyze pipeline health and conversion metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with sourcing teams to proactively engage top talent.
• Conduct structured evaluations and competency-based interviews.
• Ensure a high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in global full-cycle recruitment.
• Proven track record of hiring B2B sales roles in China and other APAC countries.
• English proficiency: C1 level or higher.
• Must be based in Shanghai.
• Experience in a KPI-driven environment with high autonomy and project ownership.
• Data-driven mindset for tracking funnel metrics and analyzing conversions.
