What you will do

• Interpret corporate client requirements to source the most appropriate venues for business meetings and events.
• Proactively identify UK and international venues that align with client budgets and service standards.
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms with venues to ensure best value for clients.
• Review and secure contracts in compliance with client requirements and internal company standards.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams to support contract administration and payment processes.
• Support the Team Manager in monitoring service quality and incorporating client feedback.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Client-first approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience using venue booking systems.
• Solid knowledge of meeting and event venues both within the UK and overseas.
