What you will do

• Source electronic and mechanical components to achieve best value, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborate with planning teams to align supply with customer demand.
• Manage supplier relationships, drive performance improvements, and resolve supply issues.
• Monitor supply risks, market conditions, and long lead-time materials to maintain continuity.
• Lead or support supply chain improvement initiatives, including BOM changes and ECNs.
• Track and report supplier performance and supply chain KPIs; maintain accurate master data (pricing, compliance, sourcing details).

Requirements

• Experience in a Buyer or Supply Chain role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
• Familiarity with MRP systems and supply chain KPIs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of international trade/compliance (desirable).
