What you will do

• Lead a team of Developers and QA Engineers to deliver scalable .NET (C#) software solutions in AWS.
• Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and distributed system practices across the organization.
• Own production health, uptime, and system reliability, including leading incident management and root cause analysis.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability across all supported systems to ensure operational excellence.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, and Client Success teams for roadmap alignment and seamless deployments.
• Promote the adoption of AI-assisted tools to increase engineering productivity and system quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and platform engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading engineering or cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET (C#) and distributed system architectures.
• Proven experience building and operating applications in AWS cloud environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology or mission-critical enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting large-scale production environments and client deployments.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms or intelligent automation technologies.
