What you will do
- Lead a team of Developers and QA Engineers to deliver scalable .NET (C#) software solutions in AWS.
- Drive adoption of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and distributed system practices across the organization.
- Own production health, uptime, and system reliability, including leading incident management and root cause analysis.
- Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability across all supported systems to ensure operational excellence.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Client Success teams for roadmap alignment and seamless deployments.
- Promote the adoption of AI-assisted tools to increase engineering productivity and system quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in software development and platform engineering.
- 3+ years of experience leading engineering or cross-functional technical teams.
- Strong technical expertise in .NET (C#) and distributed system architectures.
- Proven experience building and operating applications in AWS cloud environments.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare technology or mission-critical enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting large-scale production environments and client deployments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled platforms or intelligent automation technologies.
