What you will do

• Manage and align multiple software engineering teams with organizational objectives and business goals.
• Provide mentorship and career development for engineering managers and senior engineers.
• Lead the recruitment and retention of top-tier, diverse engineering talent.
• Develop and communicate the long-term technical vision and strategy in collaboration with C-level executives.
• Partner with product management to prioritize the engineering roadmap and manage the engineering budget.
• Oversee the design and development of advanced software solutions that meet high scalability and fault tolerance standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing software development teams.
• Experience managing the full SDLC of large-scale SaaS applications.
• Demonstrated experience driving AI adoption (generative AI tools, AI-assisted workflows) within an organization.
• Experience leading large-scale platform modernization, cloud-native architectures, and CI/CD/DevOps practices.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with web services, distributed processing models, and scaling applications in AWS and on-premise.
• Familiarity with Kanban and Scrum agile practices.
• Industry experience in e-commerce, retail, online marketplaces, or digital marketing.
