Outbound Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through strategic outbound pipeline generation and full-cycle sales management for a cloud commerce platform with an accent on consultative discovery and tailored product demonstrations. Focus on converting cold outreach into high-value deals and optimizing outbound cadences within the retail and hospitality segments.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto (on Spadina); in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $65,550 - $109,250 CAD

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end pipeline from targeted outbound outreach to closing and expanding deals within the territory.
  • Execute and optimize outbound strategies and cadences for defined market segments.
  • Conduct high-impact discovery sessions and product demos to uncover business challenges and tie them to value.
  • Manage a complex sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and delivering against targets.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to convert outbound interest into qualified revenue opportunities.
  • Navigate pricing and negotiations using a structured deal strategy to protect value.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building pipeline through outbound motions.
  • Experience managing and forecasting a sales pipeline with a history of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Ability to own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to guide deals with structure and intent.
  • Must be based in Toronto to satisfy the hybrid office requirement.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • SaaS industry experience.
  • Retail domain experience.
