What you will do

• Coach direct reports through deep-dive weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities.
• Manage territory planning, relationship development, and C-suite engagement.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, and training to develop a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a first-line sales leader in a rapidly growing environment.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, specifically within networking or security industries.
• Experience with channel and partner sales models.
• Demonstrated track record of successful sales pipeline management and consistent revenue delivery.
• Must have valid work authorization for Belgium; no visa sponsorship is available.
