TL;DR
Sales Manager (AI & HPC): Building and growing strategic partnerships with end customers, OEMs, and CSPs in Europe with an accent on AI and High Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure. Focus on prospecting new opportunities, driving POCs for CN6K/CN7K products, and influencing EU government levels.
Location: Remote within the EU (ideally based in Belgium)

What you will do
- Identify and develop relationships with key influencers across AI & HPC customers to hunt for new opportunities.
- Drive adoption of CN6K and CN7K products through POCs and tailored solution development.
- Manage strategic accounts including OEMs (Supermicro, HPE) and Tier 1/2 CSPs in EMEA.
- Influence Belgian and EU Government levels and project funders to drive technology preference.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align roadmaps with customer needs and infrastructure decisions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, executive forums, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 7 years in business development or sales hunting.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar partnerships with AI/HPC customers, CSPs, or OEMs.
- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, Ethernet, InfiniBand, and interconnect technologies.
- Must be a citizen of an EU country or have a valid VISA/right to work in the European Union.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to customer sites and events.

- Familiarity with AI/HPC pricing models and partner-led go-to-market strategies.
