TL;DR

Field Sales Enablement Manager (SaaS): Designing and delivering enablement programs to elevate the performance and consistency of Field Sales teams with an accent on training design, field-based coaching, and content creation. Focus on optimizing prospecting, territory management, and deal closure through ride-alongs and competency frameworks.

Location: Paris, France. Extensive travel within the region (50-75%) is required.

What you will do

  • Build and execute comprehensive enablement strategies focused on prospecting, territory management, and solution selling.
  • Create and facilitate onboarding programs and skill-development workshops using flipped classrooms and simulations.
  • Develop high-impact assets including playbooks, pitch decks, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure alignment in messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide targeted coaching via ride-alongs and shadowing sessions to strengthen negotiation and pipeline management.
  • Maintain certification programs and competency models to ensure sales performance standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering enablement programs for Field or Outside Sales teams, preferably in global SaaS companies.
  • Ability to analyze data to extract insights on pipeline growth, win rates, and quota attainment.
  • Track record of creating tools and content that drive behavioral change and performance improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
  • Availability for frequent regional travel (50-75% of the time).
