What you will do
- Acquire new B2B customers and expand business with existing accounts in the Benelux region.
- Lead international customer visits and trade fair activities to analyze customer needs conceptually and technically.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales Plan, including budgets and forecasts.
- Manage the sales pipeline and report on competitor activities and future prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on product development, promotions, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Conduct regional research into political, cultural, and economic factors to customize customer approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a commercial field.
- Experience in B2B sales within the raw materials market, preferably in the Pet Food sector.
- Proven experience working with international key accounts using consultative selling methods.
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and verbal).
- Availability for travel at least 50% of the time to visit clients and events.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Good speaking and writing skills in German.
