What you will do
- Perform installation, qualification, repair, and regular maintenance of HMI MBI equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct diagnostics and execute technical action plans for irregular system malfunctions.
- Operate within clean room environments (up to 12 hours in Gore-Tex suits).
- Interface daily with customers to provide technical assistance, training, and guidance on system corrections.
- Coach junior engineers and contribute to system improvement proposals based on post-mortem analysis.
- Manage administrative duties including field service reports, work orders, and system problem reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
- 0–4 years of hands-on experience with mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics, or semiconductor processes.
- Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
- Ability to work night and weekend shifts and a compressed work week.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds unaided.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally based on business needs.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel VBA.
- Basic programming skills in MATLAB, Python, SQL, or similar languages.
