Location: Must be based in Chandler, AZ, US. This role is onsite with a potential for hybrid flexibility (up to 2 days remote per week).

What you will do

• Manage import and export filings to ensure compliance with international regulations.
• Review customs requirements and strengthen internal controls.
• Conduct audits to verify adherence to trade regulations.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and improve compliance efficiency.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality goals are met.
• Prepare and update training materials for import/export compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Trade Compliance and/or Customs Operations.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Experience with data analysis tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Chandler, AZ.

Nice to have

• Customs broker license.
• Experience with Spotfire.
• Project management experience.
