Location: Office-based 5 days per week in Markham, ON, Canada

Salary: $73,000–$91,000 plus up to 5% bonus

What you will do

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle for categories including packaging materials, printing paper, and operating supplies.
• Issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs) through SAP and SRM, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Conduct bid analyses, price negotiations, and supplier selection to deliver cost savings and process efficiencies.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs such as OTD, quality, and pricing.
• Control inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning using SAP material management tools.
• Collaborate with Client Services, Operations, Planning, Quality, and Finance to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Purchasing, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM / PTP and familiarity with SRM processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• SCMP certificate or equivalent.
