What you will do

• Drive inbound and outbound pipeline for corporate ticketing offerings.
• Lead the full sales cycle for group ticket sales, from qualification to payment.
• Develop and optimize outreach sequences and messaging to maximize engagement.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting for the team.
• Collaborate with Billing, Project Managers, and Sales teams to enhance commercial impact.
• Track and report key KPIs including SQLs and closed-won revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a top university or business school.
• Proven experience in B2B Sales, specifically in sales or business development.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese or Brazilian Portuguese.
• Must be based in Chicago for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch.
