Location: Must be based in the Austin, Texas area; requires regular driving to client sites (minimum 75% field time).

Compensation: Base Salary $50,000; Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE) $152,000+

What you will do

• Prospect and run Point of Sale presentations for small to mid-sized merchants and restaurateurs.
• Close deals within a fast sales cycle by demonstrating the value proposition of cloud-based POS solutions.
• Upsell current clients on additional hirify.global products and services.
• Manage lead generation, client records, and financial analysis using Atlas and Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Collaborate with District Managers to set appointments and refine sales processes.

Requirements

• Must live in the Austin, Texas area.
• Valid driver's license is necessary for regular client site visits.
• Ability to be in the field a minimum of 75% of the time.
• Strong skills in prospecting, communication, and networking.
• Experience with cold-calling and face-to-face sales.
• At least two years of relevant experience preferred.
