Location: Hybrid (London) - Working from home on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office Tuesday through Thursday.

What you will do
- Run sponsorship and partnership activations end-to-end, from briefing and planning to shipping and measurement.
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships, handling communications, planning, and escalations.
- Coordinate across creative, growth, lifecycle, and legal teams to ensure successful activation delivery.
- Track and optimize partnership performance against KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Build scalable playbooks and utilize AI to enhance research, brief-writing, and reporting.
- Identify and execute opportunities to expand existing partnership agreements.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles for a consumer brand.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results through end-to-end activation management.
- Strong account management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior partners.
- Analytical proficiency with data, channel economics, and attribution models.
- Must be based in London to support the hybrid office requirement.
- Demonstrable experience integrating AI tools into your professional workflow.
Nice to have
- Experience within the fintech or financial services sector.
- Background in sports, entertainment, media, or large-scale brand sponsorships.
- Experience with affiliate, influencer, or embedded finance partnerships.
- Knowledge of deal structuring.
