What you will do
- Assist in maintaining commercial relationships between the BDS team and clients.
- Ensure Salesforce is up to date and manage sales-specific campaigns and projects.
- Identify new leads via cold calling, lead generation tools, and research and analysis to create a new customer portfolio.
- Organize customer visits for the sales team and communicate customer needs to department heads.
- Assist with quoting and preparing client proposals by engaging with origin and destination offices, as well as with procurement and tender management.
- Prepare sales and marketing-related reports and assist with the completion of RFI and RFQ as needed.
