What you will do

  • Manage outbound lead flow and generate sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling
  • Collaborate with sales team to hand off qualified leads with detailed information for follow-up and conversion
  • Document and update customer records in Salesforce to maintain accurate interaction history
  • Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas while tracking prospects
  • Stay current with industry trends in behavioral health

Requirements

  • Experience in ABA required (behavior technician or similar role preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with track record of exceeding goals
  • Ability to thrive on objections and rejection daily
  • Effective listening, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work productively in a remote environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and business practices
