What you will do

• Identify and engage high-value LPs including institutional funds, DAOs, protocol treasuries, and on-chain whales.
• Utilize on-chain data and analytics to build targeted outreach lists and understand capital flow patterns.
• Develop tailored narratives and value propositions for different liquidity provider profiles.
• Manage ongoing LP relationships, providing onboarding support and yield optimization guidance.
• Collaborate with BD and incentives teams to create tailored LP acquisition packages.
• Track the LP pipeline and report on TVL attribution from growth efforts.

Requirements

• Experience in capital markets, treasury, or institutional BD within DeFi or TradFi-meets-DeFi.
• Fluency in on-chain mechanics, including aToken mechanics, loop strategies, and risk parameters.
• Ability to lead professional institutional relationship conversations.
• Data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing LP targets.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in New York or London.
