TL;DR

BDR Manager (AI): Leading and scaling the West Coast based BDR team, focusing on driving hirify.global’s growth in the US market by targeting both AI-native startups and enterprise customers. With an accent on building a high-performing, innovative, and people-oriented BDR function. Focus on aligning BDR strategies with sales and marketing leadership teams and optimizing lead generation for diverse customer segments.

Location: Must be located within the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work in-person as needed with the broader US leadership team.

Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BDRs, preparing them for rapid expansion.
  • Recruit top talent and design onboarding and training programs tailored to diverse customer segments.
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing Leadership Teams to align BDR strategies.
  • Refine target account lists, qualification criteria, and pipeline development processes.
  • Build and optimize scalable BDR processes, leveraging technology and data.
  • Represent hirify.global at key industry events to build brand awareness and generate pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3+ years as a BDR/SDR in cloud, B2B SaaS, or AI, with experience engaging with diverse customer profiles in the US market.
  • 1+ years of management experience, with a passion for recruiting, coaching, and scaling teams.
  • Experience working closely with executive and leadership teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Apollo).
  • Ability to articulate hirify.global’s value proposition to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
