Sales Development Representative Intern (Cybersecurity): Prospecting and qualifying new business accounts for a leading Human Risk Management platform with an accent on lead generation and pipeline growth. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in the greater Tampa Bay area (required to work in the Clearwater, FL office 4 days a week).

What you will do

  • Map company structures and verify information to identify workable accounts and key contacts.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to drive demo bookings and pipeline growth.
  • Coordinate the hand-off of demo-ready leads to quota-carrying Sales Representatives.
  • Maintain and organize the CRM database to ensure data cleanliness.
  • Shadow experienced SDRs and listen to Account Executive demos to improve sales skills.
  • Participate in role-playing sessions to master objection-handling and mirroring techniques.

Requirements

  • Education: Must be a current Junior or Senior candidate.
  • Degree in Hospitality, Communications, Customer Service, Marketing, or Business Management/Administration.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience, competitiveness, and a positive, adaptable mindset.
  • Basic computer proficiency and a collaborative team-player approach.
