What you will do

• Manage end-to-end billing activities, including preparing and reviewing invoices for designated industry groups.
• Analyze Work in Process (WIP) and engagement letters to generate accurate client invoices.
• Handle credit notes, adjustments, and perform follow-up on collection activities.
• Collaborate with Relationship Executives and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain precise records of payments and generate reports such as aging and revenue analysis.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (indicated by US-specific benefits and 401k).
• 1+ years of progressive administrative experience in accounts receivable or accounts payable.
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end billing processes and issue resolution.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and handling large data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in validating financial data.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a CPA firm or professional services environment.
• Associate’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Experience with Workday or comparable ERP/billing systems.
