What you will do

• Own day-to-day bookkeeping, including AP/AR functions, vendor management, and expense processing.
• Execute month-end close procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Administer payroll processes and ensure accurate tax withholdings using platforms like Gusto or ADP.
• Maintain and optimize QuickBooks Online integrations with banking and expense management systems.
• Document accounting SOPs to support operational scalability and internal controls.
• Support external audits, tax filings, and cross-functional financial requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and payroll systems (Gusto/ADP).
• Must be available to work US Pacific Time hours.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
