What you will do

  • Manage direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, mobile, and SMS channels.
  • Develop and execute CRM marketing strategies, including the integration of advanced AI capabilities.
  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate testing plans to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, data, and technical teams to activate and innovate campaign processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of CRM capabilities, roadmaps, and quality control standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, or Eloqua.
  • 2+ years of experience designing complex B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns.
  • 1+ years of experience writing SQL queries and extracting data.
  • 1+ years of experience applying AI-powered tools for marketing personalization or content generation.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Boston or Springfield, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

  • 7+ years of experience with enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Experience leading CRM strategy within regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
  • Track record of building or scaling CRM marketing capabilities.
  • Experience with large-scale marketing technology implementations.
