What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end lead-to-opportunity function, overseeing nurturing, routing, and dispositioning of leads.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to document lead routing processes and define Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with BI analysts to develop reports and dashboards visualizing core KPIs such as conversion rates and funnel velocity.
  • Establish and maintain data governance and compliance best practices for all lead generation activities.
  • Analyze lead funnel data to provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and resource allocation.
  • Audit and enhance the marketing technology stack to improve ROI and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven success implementing lead generation frameworks (e.g., Forrester/SiriusDecisions).
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP).
  • Ability to build credibility and alignment with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and IT.
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members in lead management best practices.
